International Baccalaureate (IB) Want to get a world class education? Flathead is the only high school in the state of Montana that offers a comprehensive two-year college preparatory curriculum to junior or seniors. Recognized throughout the world for its rigor and excellence. Many of the top universities recognize the IB program for its excellence. Many Flathead XC runners are involved with the program. Some students are full IB but others choose the partial route. Elliot Welder was full IB and now is a student at Princeton. Elliot is a great student but being IB and a cross country runner helped him get into Princeton.
